Dr. Brandon Garrison
Dr. Brandon Garrison developed a passion for animals and nature at a young age, spending much of his childhood outdoors caring for his family’s many pets, including a domesticated mountain lion. Originally from the Midwest, Dr. Garrison was born in Illinois and raised in rural Iowa.
He earned his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, where he balanced his academic pursuits with volunteering his time at a local animal shelter community clinic, competitive boxing & mixed martial arts. He went on to receive his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Iowa State University in 2023.
During veterinary school, Dr. Garrison served as a student assistant in the university’s Emergency and Critical Care department. It was there that he discovered his strong interest in emergency medicine and developed the skills and dedication required to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure clinical settings. Following graduation, Dr. Garrison relocated to the Pacific Northwest to join CRVS, where he is proud to provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients and their families.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Garrison enjoys gardening, traveling, cooking, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his wife and their pets.
