Dr. Hayley Valentyne
Dr Hayley Valentyne was raised in Australia. She earned her BS from the University of Brisbane and completed a Masters of Research at Southampton University, UK. Her first roles in research focused on plant pathology and subsequently human cancer vaccine development. Understanding that immediate gratification and a faster pace were better suited to her personality, Dr Valentyne obtained her Veterinary degree from the University of Sydney in 2016.
She then completed a rotating internship at South Paws Specialty and Referral in Melbourne and went on to work in a diverse range of clinical applications including General Practice, Teaching hospitals and Pathology. She found her niche in Emergency medicine and has been part of the CRVS team since 2022. Professional interests include soft tissue surgery, clinical pathology, and trauma management.
Dr Valentyne shares her home with her husband, 2 young boys and new baby girl, along with their rescue poodle and well traveled cat (he’s lived in 4 continents!). When time allows, she enjoys discovering local food gems in the area, exploring the beautiful pacific northwest with her family and settling in for a cozy movie night at home with the fur kids.
